Shipping policy

Order processing 

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.  

Estimated delivery times 

DHL standard - 3 - 10 days 

DHL express - 2 - 7 days 

We provide estimated delivery times based on information from our shipping partners. Delays may occur due circumstances beyond our control - such as customs processing, carrier delays, or high order volumes during peak periods. 

We will do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, and we'll keep you updated if any complications occur.

 

Tracking your order 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via Email, which you can use to track the status of your delivery. 

Lost or damage shipments
